1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user” or “consumer”) and Lepro Innovations Technology Co., Ltd, together with its affiliates, including Lepro Technology (UK) Ltd (collectively, “Lepro”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
This Agreement governs your access to and use of Lepro’s websites, applications, products, and services that reference or link to these Terms (“Lepro’s Services”).
By accessing or using Lepro’s Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use Lepro’s Services.
2. User Accounts, Accuracy & Security
2.1 Account Creation
You may be required to create a user account to access certain features of Lepro’s Services. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete. You must not impersonate any other person or provide misleading information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or misleading information.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Privacy & Cookies
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), and the Data Protection Act 2018.

4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lepro’s Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
5. Purchases, Payments & Consumer Rights (UK)
5.1 Orders & Payment
When placing an order, you confirm that:
all payment details provided are accurate; and
you are authorised to use the payment method submitted.
An order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the product.
5.2 UK Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you cancel within this period:
you will receive a full refund of the product price and standard delivery costs;
you must return the product in its original condition.
5.3 Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK law.
6. Licence to Use Lepro’s Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Lepro’s Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not:
reproduce or redistribute content without permission;
use Lepro’s Services for commercial exploitation;
modify or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.
7. Assumption of Risk & Release
You use Lepro’s Services at your own risk.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability where such limitation is not permitted under UK law.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
use Lepro’s Services unlawfully or fraudulently;
upload malicious software or harmful content;
scrape, mine, or harvest data without consent;
impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.
Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
9. User Content & Reviews
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Lepro a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with Lepro’s Services and marketing.
You confirm that:
your content does not infringe third-party rights;
your content is lawful and accurate.
10. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
10.1 No Exclusion of Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Agreement limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
10.2 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We do not exclude liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. Electronic Communications & Marketing
We will only send marketing communications to UK users where permitted under UK GDPR and PECR.
You may opt out at any time by:
clicking the unsubscribe link in emails; or
contacting us directly.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on Lepro’s Services is owned by or licensed to Lepro and protected under UK intellectual property laws.
12.1 Copyright Complaints (UK)
If you believe content infringes your copyright under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, please contact us with:
identification of the copyrighted work;
location of the allegedly infringing material;
your contact details and a good faith statement.
13. Reasonableness
By using Lepro’s Services, you confirm that the exclusions and limitations in this Agreement are reasonable.
14. Third-Party Services
Lepro’s Services may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Lepro against losses arising from your breach of this Agreement or unlawful use of the Services.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this Agreement.
Upon termination, your right to use Lepro’s Services will cease.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction (UK)
If you are a UK consumer, this Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of your place of residence within the UK.

19. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us.
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in force.
