Lepro LED Flood Light Reliability - Strict Quality Inspection
- Thermal Shock Test
To test the impact of intense temperatures on the Lepro floodlights over time, our modules are subject to a chamber heated to 80℃ for 1 hour, followed by a chamber chilled to -30℃ for another hour. After 500 cycles, our product survives and continues to work well, passing the test with flying colours.

- Temperature-Humidity Bias Test
The temperature-humidity bias test conducted on the Lepro floodlights helps to evaluate their performance under both high temperatures and high humidity. In this test, our modules are subject to a 40℃ chamber with 93% relative humidity for 500 hours. After this test, our products again continue to work well.

- 100% Aging Test
Finally, each batch of Lepro floodlights must pass a mandatory 4-hour aging test with a variable voltage ranging from 198V to 240V before being shipped out.
